How to Enroll Your Child

​Parents are able to begin the enrollment process in a few easy steps!

Or contact the child development center in your area to schedule an appointment.

You will be given a package to fill out some forms for your appointment. 
Please start gathering the following items: 

1. A copy of the children's birth certificate's, child custody, or adoption documentation of children who will be on the contract, to verify the family size.
2. The last 30 days of the Parent's or Guardian's most recent pay stubs, for the parents who will be on the contract if you are working.
3. If you are self employed a copy of 1 of each A and B
A. Signed copy of the Tax Return/Schedule C
A. Profit & Loss Statement
A. Business Record
B. Business License 
B. Business Card/Flyer
4. Proof of California residency: Any evidence of street address dated with in the last 30 days of enrollment.
